Terms of Sale & Conditions

Smartwae Electronics operates exclusively as a business-to-business (B2B) supplier. All inquiries, proposals, and invoices are subject to minimum order values (MOQs) and target batch calculations. We do not provide consumer-grade retail sales or single-unit distribution through this digital showroom.

Product specifications, color choices, packaging criteria, and custom branding require explicit written agreement. Price quotes generated through our Dubai sales representatives or via automated WhatsApp B2B sheets are valid for 14 calendar days from issuance unless stated otherwise in the commercial proforma invoice.

Standard payment terms require a telegraphic transfer (T/T) bank wire deposit before order processing, with the remainder settled prior to export dispatch from our Dubai warehouses. In accordance with UAE tax laws, local orders are subject to a 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) unless a valid VAT exemption certificate for export is provided.

All consignments are dispatched Ex-Works (EXW) from our warehouse facility in Dubai, UAE, unless specified as FOB or CIF in the contract. The B2B purchaser is solely responsible for local customs clearances, destination import tariffs, freight forwarder coordination, and transit insurances.

We provide a 1-year commercial warranty covering factory defects on GaN chargers and power accessories. The buyer must inspect the delivery within 7 working days of receipt at their port or warehouse. Any claims regarding transit shortages or external box damages must be filed within this window with supporting video/photographic evidence.

These Terms of Sale and all related transactional relationships are governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Any disputes arising from B2B wholesale transactions shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai.
